This is an application under section 1292 of the Corporations Act 2001 ("the Act") lodged on 18 April 2016 with the Companies Auditors and Liquidators Disciplinary Board ("the Board") by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission ("ASIC") for the Respondent Mr Stan Traianedes ("Mr Ralphed Notley - 13wentworthselbornechambers Ralphed Notley.
